Your Role & Responsibilities
???? Software Development & Engineering

Build high-efficiency, high-availability, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.

Develop Aladdin’s global, multi-asset trading platform.

Apply modern software engineering principles including test-driven development.

Utilize tools like Git, Maven, unit testing, and integration testing frameworks.
???? Product Development & Collaboration

Define and implement the roadmap for Aladdin’s trading platform.
-
Work with product management and business users to develop innovative solutions.
-
Identify issues, roadblocks, and opportunities to enhance product performance.
-
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and regression testing.
???? Leadership & Culture Building

Lead brainstorming and team productivity initiatives.

Foster an inclusive, diverse, and innovative work culture.

Support new talent acquisition and mentorship initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
???? Education: B.E./ B.Tech./ MCA or equivalent engineering degree from a reputed university.
✅ Technical Expertise

4+ years of experience in Java development (Spring Boot, Hibernate).

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
-
Expertise in concurrent programming and fault-tolerant distributed applications.

Experience with relational databases (SQL, Sybase, MS SQL).

Prior experience with message brokers.
✅ Software Development Tools

Hands-on experience with Git, Maven, unit testing, and integration testing.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
✅ Industry Knowledge

Interest in finance, investment processes, and ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.

Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
