I. JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresher candidates with basic knowledge and experience in Python, Java, AI, or database management systems like PostgreSQL. As an Associate Developer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of software applications. The ideal candidate should have a passion for learning new technologies and solving complex problems.
II. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and documentation of new applications
- Collaborate with senior developers to implement build procedures that support software product development
- Debug and troubleshoot existing code, identifying and resolving errors
- Develop prototypes to demonstrate the application of new technologies
- Write and maintain software code in programming languages such as Java or Python
- Work on relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, to manage and manipulate data.
- Interact with clients to understand their issues and provide technical solutions
- Contribute to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Create technical documentation, including diagrams and flowcharts, to support development activities
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and management
- Identify and resolve minor programming bugs
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices
III. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or AI technologies
- Familiarity with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL
- Understanding of software development tools like Visual Studio, GitHub, or similar
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems with a hands-on approach
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
IV. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
