The Network & Acquirer Solutions (NAS) team is at the core of American Express, powering billions of transactions annually across more than 170 markets worldwide. We develop products and services that enhance customer experiences while growing business revenue.
The NAS Strategy focuses on:
As an Associate – Digital Product Operations (Certification Operations), you will be responsible for onboarding new customers to the American Express Merchant and Partner Networks, as well as deploying new products with existing partners. This role requires technical expertise, customer engagement, and project management skills to ensure smooth connectivity and certification.
You will collaborate with various external partners (e.g., acquirers, issuers, merchants, processors) and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless integration with American Express payment networks.
