Role Description
Role Proficiency
- Basic understanding of engineering principles in Electrical/Mechanical.
- Work as part of a team in all Electrical/Mechanical CAD activities under the guidance of a Lead Engineer.
Outcomes
Electrical
- Development of 2D wire harness drawings conforming to customer requirements and industrial drafting standards.
- Use of 3D modeling module for parts and assembly.
- Analyze technical data sheets of devices and components.
Mechanical
- Hydraulic Design: Design of hydraulic routings using Pro-E Wildfire.
- Structural Design: Design of parts and weld fabrications.
- Weld Design: Design of welding structural components.
- Vehicle Integration and Assembly: Contribute to Mechanical or Electrical integration as part of Vehicle integration and assembly.
Measures of Outcomes
- Customer Satisfaction: Based on feedback from customers.
- Adherence to Schedule/Timelines
- Adherence to SLAs (where applicable).
- Quality Metrics:
- Number of defects post-delivery.
- Reduction in recurrence of known defects.

- Understand Design Requirements: Adhere to sheet metal design guidelines and Weldment standards.

- Organize documents to meet audit requirements.
Knowledge Management
- Develop and maintain modeling procedures documents, checklists, and QC workflows.
PLM & PDM
- Adhere to PLM & PDM processes.
