Software Development: Learn full-stack web development with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular, JavaScript, and C#

Database Development: Training on Microsoft SQL Server

Lifecycle Exposure: Get trained in Agile/Scrum and MT SDLC methodologies

Team Collaboration: Work with and be mentored by experienced Miles IT Software Developers
???? Key Responsibilities

Develop full-stack web and desktop applications based on business requirements

Analyze and troubleshoot issues in production systems

Perform proactive system/database maintenance

Publish software updates (hotfixes and scheduled releases)

Conduct logic and functionality testing on completed work

Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming

Support solution architecture and database design under supervision

Required:

Recent graduate (within 2-3 months) or upcoming graduate (within 1-2 months)

Experience in full-stack web application development

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to learn quickly and multitask
Preferred:

Internship or work experience during college

Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, Software Engineering/Development, or related

GPA of 3.5–4.0 / 80%+ / 8.0+ CGPA

Proficiency in C#, VB, PHP, JavaScript, and front-end technologies

Familiarity with SQL Server, MySQL, Git, Docker, and Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban)

Experience with Microsoft and Linux environments
