Position: AWS Cloud & IT Support Specialist
Location: Delhi, Delhi
Pay: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Day shift
Work Location: In-person
Key Responsibilities:

AWS Cloud Management: Deploy, configure, and manage AWS cloud solutions (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudWatch).

Helpdesk Support: Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues, and manage the ticketing system.

General IT Support: Oversee IT infrastructure, ensure data security, and manage IT assets.
Qualifications:

Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS (Certification preferred).

Skills:
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
