DR.DESIGN PVT. LTD. is a fast-growing, innovative company at the forefront of the IT sector. We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented B2B Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales efforts in a new vertical and help us grow through impactful client partnerships.
As the B2B Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and cultivating relationships with clients in the IT domain. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities, creating proposals, and delivering impactful presentations.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Design and implement sales strategies tailored to the IT sector to drive market penetration and growth.
New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
Lead Generation: Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads using innovative marketing and outreach tactics.
Client Engagement: Conduct meetings and presentations to understand client needs and offer tailored IT solutions.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Proposal & Pitch Creation: Develop persuasive proposals and visually engaging pitch decks that align with client expectations and business goals.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience: 4+ years in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the IT industry
Skills:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with strategic and creative thinking
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
