Role Overview – Sales Manager
The Sales Manager leads a team of executives and is responsible for sourcing loan proposals in the rural lending space. The role involves attending to customer service requests, assisting in documentation and disbursement formalities, and driving business growth through various channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Business Development & Loan Sourcing
- Achieve disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing with high service standards.
✔ Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate financial solutions.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products to generate additional revenue.
- Strengthen customer relationships to increase portfolio depth.
✔ Risk & Compliance Management
- Ensure soft recovery of loans in the existing portfolio.
- Comply with KYC/SEBI regulations and banking legislations.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ Education:
- Graduation/Post-Graduation from a recognized institute.
✔ Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (English & local language).
- Strong lead generation & conversion ability.
- High sales orientation to meet targets consistently.
- Capability to handle complex client situations.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to manage risk & uncertainty in a dynamic environment.
