Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive for our Software Development Company in Coimbatore. This role involves a mix of technical, commercial, and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
???? Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
???? Identify decision-makers and create a buyer persona for targeted marketing.
???? Develop and execute marketing strategies using content marketing, paid advertising, and social media marketing.
???? Plan, allocate, and manage the budget for campaigns and product launches.
???? Define marketing activities to acquire new customers and retain existing users.
???? Oversee daily promotional activities and maintain brand consistency.
???? Build strong relationships with industry experts, clients, and stakeholders.
???? Monitor and analyze performance metrics and provide ROI reports to leadership.
???? Utilize CRM software and sales tools for customer management.
???? Negotiate and coordinate with clients to strengthen business relationships.
Requirements:
✅ Education: Any undergraduate or graduate with an engineering degree.
✅ Experience: 1 to 3 years in software marketing (B2B & SaaS experience preferred).
✅ Skills:
✔ Proficiency in CRM & project management software.
✔ Strong communication & presentation skills.
✔ Excellent organizational & time management skills.
✔ Ability to adapt & thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
