Job Summary:
Communicate and nurture relationships with our Leads, pitch our Graphic Design, Digital Marketing & IT services and close the deal, ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management:
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Address inquiries and resolve issues
2. Lead Management
- Reach out to leads on daily basis
- Understand client requirements
- Pitch our services and send proposal
- Ensure services meet client needs
3. Business Development:
- Identify growth opportunities
- Propose strategies to enhance client satisfaction
4. Technical Support:
- Provide basic technical advice
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
5. Reporting:
- Maintain client interaction records
- Prepare account status reports
6. Knowledge of Technology Sector:
- Maintain a deep understanding of current Design Trends, Website & Application solutions, Digital Marketing and innovations to effectively communicate and recommend solutions to clients.
- Continuously update knowledge on our services, and market dynamics to provide informed guidance and support to clients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Business, or related field
- Skills: Excellent English & Hindi communication skill and basic knowledge about Graphic Design, Digital Marketing industry.
- Certifications: Relevant IT or CRM certifications are a plus
