Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with expertise in IT staffing, dispatch, and procurement solutions. The ideal candidate will drive client acquisition, sales growth, and service expansion while managing strong client relationships across Indian and global IT companies.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly networked, strategic thinker to play a pivotal role in expanding our Managed & Professional Services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
???? Client Acquisition & Partner Onboarding
✔️ Identify and onboard Tier One Indian IT companies for FTE, Dispatch, and Purchase solutions.
✔️ Identify and onboard Tier One, Two, and Three Global IT companies for FTE, Dispatch, and Purchase solutions.
???? Sales & Account Management
✔️ Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all sales efforts.
✔️ Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure business growth.
✔️ Conduct regular client engagement activities to drive satisfaction and retention.
???? Proposal & Bid Management
✔️ Prepare and submit responses to RFIs, RFPs, and BAFOs, ensuring competitive proposals.
???? Service Expansion
✔️ Develop and expand Managed Services & Professional Services to align with client needs.
Key Requirements
✔️ Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or partner management in IT staffing, dispatch, and procurement.
✔️ Industry Network: Strong connections with Indian & Global IT companies across different tiers.
✔️ Service Expertise: Experience in handling FTE, Dispatch, and Purchase service models.
✔️ Sales & Proposal Skills: Ability to craft proposals, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and manage bid processes effectively.
✔️ Relationship Management: Strong negotiation & communication skills to build and sustain client partnerships.
✔️ Service Model Knowledge: Deep understanding of Managed & Professional Services models.
Preferred Qualifications
✅ Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
✅ Industry Experience: IT staff augmentation, workforce solutions, or managed services sales background.
✅ Language: Fluent in English (Required).
