About the Role:
As a Car Sales Advisor, you will support customers during their car-buying journey at the Spinny retail hub. Your role includes customer engagement, requirement analysis, car presentation, and negotiation to help buyers make confident, informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers at the retail hub and understand their vehicle requirements

Recommend suitable cars and assist with test drives

Build strong relationships and negotiate when required

Manage and maintain hub inventory

Address and resolve customer concerns professionally
Requirements:

Graduate degree (mandatory)

Prior sales experience preferred

Fluent in English, Hindi, and any regional language (added advantage)

Must have a valid 4-wheeler driving license and be able to drive
