About the Role
We are looking for a skilled IT Change Manager to join Mission Control, a key team within the Aladdin Product Group Platforms at BlackRock. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability of the Aladdin platform and BlackRock’s IT infrastructure, while facilitating technological innovation.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Change Coordination – Ensure platform stability while supporting tech innovation.
✔ Risk Communication – Inform stakeholders of high-risk changes and secure approvals.
✔ Security Patching – Oversee updates to meet compliance and security standards.
✔ Relationship Management – Collaborate with global IT teams and understand key applications.
✔ Process Improvement – Enhance efficiency in change management workflows.
✔ Technical Expertise – Apply knowledge of Cloud platforms, networking, UNIX, SQL, and scripting.
✔ Leadership & Collaboration – Work independently while leading cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ Experience:
-
4+ years as an IT Change Manager in a Financial Services or Technology company.

Hands-on experience with Change Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
-
Familiarity with ITIL framework & industry-standard Change Management practices.
-
Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and application monitoring solutions.
-
Scripting or automation skills are a plus.
