Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team for construction projects in Coimbatore. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and supervising construction projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality construction works, focusing on safety, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and design construction projects, including roads, buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure.
- Conduct site assessments and surveys to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Supervise and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Address technical issues on-site and recommend improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals for successful project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

- Full-time position with standard working hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
