???? Job Description:
As a Client Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them through the visa application journey, from onboarding to follow-ups. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth communication, efficient documentation handling, and client satisfaction.
???? Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding:
Communicate with new clients via calls, messages, and email. Share service agreements, invoices, and document checklists. -
Documentation Handling:
Collect and upload client documents into the CRM. Track progress and maintain updated client records. -
Visa Process Assistance:
Help draft and submit visa applications. Handle post-lodgment inquiries and requests for additional documents. -
Client Support & Follow-ups:
Ensure timely updates to clients on their visa processes, providing exceptional customer service and follow-through.
✅ Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, client handling, or admin roles (preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication in English & Hindi

Knowledge of CRM systems

Proactive and professional approach to client interaction

Ability to multitask and manage several client cases
