Customer Support Executive – E-Vehicle Operations
???? Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
???? Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹22,000 per month
???? Shift & Schedule: Day Shift

Job Responsibilities
✔ E-Vehicle & Mobile App Integration
- Ensure optimal performance of the E-Vehicle with seamless Mobile App integration.
- Work closely with the fleet operations team to ensure superior customer service.
✔ Customer Service & Issue Resolution
- Zero escalations with proactive customer follow-ups.
- Address and handle customer complaints & escalations efficiently.
- Keep Customer MIS updated to manage queries and escalations effectively.
✔ Daily Operational Management
- Provide daily updates on MIS for customers, vehicle performance, and SPros reports.
- Ensure on-time reporting to the customer point.
- Submit end-of-day summary reports on completed & pending tasks with necessary comments.
- Escalate incidents to the reporting manager promptly.
Preferred Experience & Skills
✅ Experience in Flipkart operations is preferred.
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to multi-task and manage escalations professionally.
✅ Detail-oriented with excellent reporting and documentation skills.
