About the Role
Philips, a global leader in health technology, is looking for a Clinical / Technical Trainer for ISPACS and Vue PACS. In this role, you will be responsible for training delivery, content creation, and course development for Vue PACS Clinical Courses. This role requires collaboration with Philips teams, customers, and Business Innovation Units globally.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Deliver training for Vue PACS and ISPACS (both virtually and in person across multiple markets).
✔ Create training content and assessments for Vue PACS courses.
✔ Modify and adjust master training environments.
✔ Support Philips PACS-related products with senior Learning Specialists.
✔ Manage training schedules, update the Learning Management System (LMS), and coordinate internal training requests.
✔ Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to extract high-quality learning content.
✔ Develop training materials, including student and instructor guides.
✔ Contribute to training plans for internal customers.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
???? Bachelor’s Degree (Required).
???? Minimum 2+ years’ experience with Philips PACS systems, Vue PACS (preferred).
✍ Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
???? Mammography experience (a plus).
???? Working towards or obtained CTT+ and VCTT+ training certification.
???? Proficiency in GoToTraining and Zoom meeting software.
???? Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
???? Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
???? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
???? Collaborative mindset – ability to work with diverse teams across cultures.
