Akamai Technical Support is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring online businesses across industries—high-tech, banking, airlines, fashion, and more—remain fast, reliable, and secure.
Role & Responsibilities:
???? Ensure customer satisfaction with Akamai’s products and services
???? Own and solve customer technical issues proactively
???? Act as the main point of contact for troubleshooting and resolution
???? Collaborate with internal teams to drive problem resolution
Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
✔ Strong knowledge of:
???? VPN & Proxies
???? Cloud provider ecosystems (AWS, Azure, etc.)
???? Networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS)
???? Layer 3 / 4 technologies
✔ Excellent communication & presentation skills
✔ Ability to build trusted relationships in challenging customer environments
