We are a US-based company specializing in commercial renovation services, with a strong focus on apartment renovations. From take-offs to experienced project management, our team has successfully completed over 200 renovation projects including:

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
???? Bid Management & Estimation
-
Prepare detailed bid proposals, cost estimates, material lists, and labor breakdowns
-
Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project scope
-
Solicit and evaluate bids from vendors and subcontractors, negotiating pricing as needed
-
Submit completed proposals on time, adhering to all client requirements
???? Client & Team Coordination
-
Follow up with clients/GCs post-bid to clarify submissions and increase win rates
-
Coordinate with project managers to review and revise project schedules
-
Track submitted bids and maintain records of bid status and outcomes
???? Cost & Market Analysis
-
Conduct competitive bid analysis to refine pricing strategies
-
Monitor job costs to ensure alignment with financial targets and improve project profitability
Required Qualifications & Skills
-
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Construction Management, or related field
-
Experience:
-
5+ years in construction estimating, preferably in multifamily/commercial renovation
-
3+ years working with AutoCAD
-
2+ years experience in US-based construction projects

Technical Proficiency:
-
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project)
-
Estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, AutoCAD)
-

Analytical Thinking: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
-
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Organizational Abilities: Able to manage multiple bids and deadlines effectively
Preferred Experience

Prior work on multifamily renovation projects

Familiarity with commercial renovation workflows and tools

Experience in competitive bidding strategies
-
Comfort in fast-paced environments with tight timelines

Hands-on use of project or construction management software
