About the Role:
Join InformaticIndia as a Content Creator and play a key role in developing engaging content for our Instagram & YouTube channels. If you're a creative thinker with a passion for social media, video production, and storytelling, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Content Creation: Develop high-quality videos, reels, images, and stories for Instagram & YouTube.
✅ Content Calendar: Plan and maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with business goals.
✅ Video Editing: Edit videos to enhance engagement and ensure a professional look (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
✅ Trend Research: Identify trending topics in real estate & social media to create relevant, high-impact content.
✅ Branding: Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and enhances real estate service promotions.
✅ Community Engagement: Respond to comments, engage with followers, and grow our online presence.
✅ Performance Analytics: Track social media insights & optimize content strategy based on trends.
✅ Creative Thinking: Bring fresh, innovative content ideas to boost engagement and visibility.
Requirements:
✔ Experience: 0-3 years in content creation, social media, or video production (real estate experience is a plus).
✔ Creativity: Strong ability to develop unique content ideas and trends.
✔ Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.) & graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva).
✔ Social Media Knowledge: Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, & viral content trends.
✔ Research Ability: Skilled in identifying and tailoring content based on real estate trends & audience interest.
✔ Communication: Strong writing & verbal communication for engaging captions, scripts, and content descriptions.
✔ Adaptability: Ability to evolve with social media trends & implement feedback for content improvement.
