About the Role:
As a Content Writer, your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality, well-researched, and engaging content focused on the real estate market, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. You will stay updated on market trends, property developments, and industry news to produce insightful articles that help our audience understand and navigate changes in the industry.
Additionally, you will apply SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and boost organic traffic while ensuring that all content aligns with style guidelines, maintaining clarity and grammatical accuracy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct in-depth research on the real estate market, analyzing key trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
✔ Create clear and concise content on real estate, economy, and business topics across various formats:
- Blogs
- Newsletters
- Infographics
- Social media posts
- Video scripts
✔ Simplify complex real estate & financial concepts and present them in an easy-to-understand, engaging manner.
✔ Manage and create content for Aurum Proptech’s social media channels, including Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
What We Are Looking For:
✅ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
✅ Previous copywriting or content creation experience (preferred).
✅ Familiarity with SEO principles (a plus).
✅ Strong command of the English language, with excellent editing and proofreading skills.
✅ Knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems for digital marketing purposes.
