Position: Customer Service Executive
Job Type: Permanent | Full-time | Fresher
Location: Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Pay: ₹25,000 - ₹34,000 per month
Shift: Rotational shift | 5 days working with 2 rotational weekly offs (24*7)

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and emails.

Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers.

Work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service.
Qualifications & Requirements
✅ Education: SSC / HSC / Graduate (Freshers eligible).
✅ Experience:

Fresher graduates OR

Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice process/BPO role.
✅ Skills: -
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

Ability to handle queries professionally.
