Job Description:

As a Customer Care Executive with Sales Experience, you will play a key role in maintaining positive customer relationships while actively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. Your primary focus will be delivering excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Provide timely, accurate, and effective support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges professionally, following company policies.
  • Document customer interactions and track service issues for process improvements.

Sales & Upselling:

  • Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions by understanding their needs.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to ensure a smooth transition from support to sales.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and a positive approach.
  • Promote special deals, discounts, and other promotional offers.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to assess satisfaction and promote additional services.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate it to relevant teams for service improvements.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of company products and services to provide effective support and sales.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new services, and products.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve customer support.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company developments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Customer Care Executive (Preferred).
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills.
