The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will play a key role in managing and nurturing relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors. You will be the go-to person for customer queries, ensuring their concerns are resolved efficiently and satisfaction remains high — all while contributing to business growth and customer retention.
???? Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally

Maintain accurate customer records and feedback documentation

Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to resolve concerns

Conduct follow-ups to strengthen ongoing customer relationships

Assist in executing product promotions and communication campaigns

Prepare reports on customer engagement and satisfaction metrics

Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Agriculture or Business)

Prior experience in customer service or agri-input sales

Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi & English
(regional languages are a plus) -
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp Business

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
