Process: Inbound and Outbound Sales (US Shift)
We are looking for motivated sales professionals to help expand our business by acquiring new clients and encouraging existing customers to make additional purchases. This role focuses on lead generation, managing prospects, and contributing to business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
✔ Identify Business Opportunities – Research new and existing markets to explore potential sales prospects.
✔ Generate Leads – Conduct outbound campaigns to create new sales opportunities.
✔ Build Relationships – Develop and maintain strong connections with customers and potential clients.
✔ Create Proposals – Develop customized proposals based on client needs.
✔ Manage Sales – Oversee the sales process from prospecting to execution.
✔ Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective distribution strategies.
✔ Analyze Market Trends – Formulate strategies based on market trends and insights.
✔ Persuade Customers – Encourage existing customers to make additional purchases.
✔ Follow-up with Clients – Ensure excellent customer service through regular follow-ups.
✔ Risk Management – Work with senior team members to identify and manage business risks.
