Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Consistently deliver extraordinary service via chat or phone in a fast-paced, structured environment.
    • Handle 2-3 chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Consultative Engagement:
    • Consult with Card Members to understand their needs and tailor personalized solutions.
    • Reinforce the benefits of card membership to deepen customer engagement.
  • Performance & Compliance:
    • Meet or exceed performance goals including customer satisfaction, consultative sales, handling time, schedule adherence, and compliance.
    • Maintain a high level of integrity in handling customer information and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Problem-Solving & Analysis:
    • Analyze customer accounts, identify issues, and offer inventive solutions for first-contact resolution.
    • Balance multiple customer interactions and provide accurate responses by toggling between various tools and systems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Graduates or undergraduates with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Prior experience in chat-based support is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
  • Communication:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Proven analytical skills and the capacity to efficiently resolve customer issues.
  • Multitasking:
    • Ability to manage multiple queries at once without compromising on quality.
