Eligibility Criteria
✔ HSC/Graduate with a minimum 6 months of International BPO (Voice) experience
✔ SSC with a minimum 1 year of International BPO (Voice) experience
✔ Ex-employees are welcome (subject to eligibility)
✔ Comfortable working from the office
✔ Transportation Boundary: Churchgate to Virar, CST to Thane, CST to Vashi
Roles & Responsibilities
???? Provide customer service & technical support for Australian customers
???? Handle customer inquiries & troubleshooting issues efficiently
???? Maintain high-quality communication standards
???? Work in rotational shifts to support international customers
