We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Travel Sales Executive to join our team at Switrus. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing travel consultation, and helping customers plan their trips effectively.
Manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers
Offer professional travel consultation for individual and group travel packages
Follow up with fixed departure and existing clients
Convince and convert leads into confirmed trips with Switrus
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
Build strong customer relationships and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in travel/tourism)
Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English (Required)
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused approach
