Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates in the Airlines and Aviation BPO sector. This role requires handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent travel experience in line with our company's high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to:

Flight bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.

Baggage inquiries and other airline services.
✔ Problem Resolution: Efficiently resolve customer complaints while following company policies.
✔ Information Sharing: Provide accurate details about:

Flight schedules, pricing, promotions, and travel requirements.
✔ Service Excellence: Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
✔ Compliance: Ensure adherence to aviation regulations and company policies.
Key Skills & Qualifications
???? Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
???? Experience: Prior experience in customer service (airline/aviation preferred) is a plus.
???? Communication Skills:

Exceptional verbal & written communication in English.

Additional regional or international languages are an advantage.

Shift Timings & Week Off

8 AM - 5 PM & 5 PM - 2 AM (Drop facility available).
