Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for data entry, maintaining accurate records, and communicating directly with clients to provide support and ensure customer satisfaction. Experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in internal systems. -
Client Communication:
Communicate with clients to address and resolve any issues or concerns. -
Internal Coordination:
Work with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions for clients. -
Documentation:
Maintain clear and organized documentation of all support activities.
Requirements:

Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role. -
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., Excel, Word). -
Industry Experience:
Prior experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
