Job Description
We are looking for a CV Writer cum Recruiter to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills to craft professional CVs and recruitment experience to screen and shortlist candidates.
Key Responsibilities
???? CV Writing & Editing:
✔ Write and edit professional CVs/resumes tailored for IT & Contact Center roles.
✔ Create compelling cover letters and optimize LinkedIn profiles.
???? Recruitment & Screening:
✔ Screen, shortlist candidates for both technical & non-technical roles.
✔ Conduct initial interviews & assessments to evaluate candidates.
✔ Coordinate with hiring managers & clients to fulfill recruitment needs.
Requirements
✔ 0 to 2 years of experience (Freshers welcome!).
✔ Recruitment or CV writing experience preferred.
✔ Excellent English communication skills (Preferred).
✔ Customer service experience is a plus.
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
