We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to maintain, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and network systems. The ideal candidate will provide remote IT support, resolve hardware/software/network issues, and ensure system reliability and security.
✔ Provide remote desktop support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
✔ Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based systems and network equipment.
✔ Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Microsoft 365.
✔ Monitor and support AWS Cloud services related to desktop support.
✔ Assist in disaster recovery, security enhancements, and system upgrades.
✔ Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
✅ B.Tech (IT) preferred – Only science graduates can apply.
✅ 2+ years of experience in desktop/network support.
✅ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Cisco switches/routers.
✅ Certifications like AWS, MCSE, CCNA, ITIL (preferred).
✅ Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
✅ Willingness to work rotational shifts.
