Shift and Schedule: Evening Shift (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Produce, edit, and optimize high-performing content for X, YouTube, and Instagram, including short-form videos, memes, carousel posts, and trending topic discussions.

AI Tool Utilization: Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva) to generate and enhance content efficiently.

Trendspotting: Stay ahead of viral trends and capitalize on them early.

Audience Engagement: Interact with the audience in real time to build a strong online community and boost engagement.

Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content calendar and strategy for maximum reach and impact.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continually refine content strategies.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align content with company goals and campaigns.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3+ years in digital content creation, social media management, or viral marketing.

Content Creation: Proven ability to create engaging short-form videos (e.g., Reels, Shorts, X videos).

Platform Expertise: Expert knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices for growth and engagement.

AI Tools: Experience using AI-powered tools for content creation and automation.

Video Editing Skills: Proficiency with tools like Canva, ElevenLabs, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
