About SkyPod Immigration Consulting
SkyPod Immigration Consulting is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SEO, email marketing, social media management, and paid advertising to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop & Execute Digital Marketing Strategies
- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and sales growth.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize results.
2. Monitor & Analyze Marketing Performance
- Track and analyze digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, website, and paid ads.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and make adjustments for improved performance.
- Conduct User Experience (UX) analysis and implement enhancements to improve engagement.
3. Plan & Manage Marketing Campaigns
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize marketing automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Leverage analytical tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Insights) to measure campaign success.
4. Optimize Digital Channels
✔ Social Media Management:
- Oversee and manage social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Engage with the audience to foster a strong brand presence.
✔ SEO & Website Optimization:
- Improve organic search rankings by implementing SEO best practices.
- Monitor website performance and collaborate with developers for usability improvements.
✔ Paid Advertising (Google & Facebook Ads):
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Facebook Ads for maximum ROI.
- Track ad performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
✔ Email & Content Marketing:
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns for lead generation and retention.
- Create compelling content marketing strategies to educate and engage the audience.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Certifications
???? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
???? Preferred Certifications:
- Google Ads Certification
- Facebook Blueprint Certification
- SEO & Email Marketing Certifications (desired, but not required)
Must-Have Skills
✔ 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (mandatory).
✔ 1+ year experience in Immigration & Staffing Industry (required).
✔ Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation.
✔ Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics & other marketing tools.
✔ Proven ability to execute high-performing digital campaigns.
✔ Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (required).
✔ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently.
