We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to ensure our brand connects meaningfully with our online audience, creating a strong and engaging presence across all digital channels. Key Responsibilities

???? Strategy & Trend Analysis
✔ Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
✔ Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
✔ Conduct industry research and analyze competitor strategies for growth opportunities.

???? Campaign Management & Execution
✔ Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including:

  • Email marketing (monitor open rates, CTR benchmarks)
  • Social media marketing (track engagement rates, follower growth)
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Display Advertising (CPC, ROI optimization)
    ✔ Continuously test, optimize, and evaluate campaign performance.

???? SEO & Website Optimization
✔ Conduct keyword research to identify ranking opportunities.
✔ Optimize website content for improved SERP visibility.
✔ Perform website audits and manage backlinking strategies to enhance domain authority.

???? Content Development & Creative Strategy
✔ Develop original marketing content for paid and organic promotions.
✔ Design essential marketing creatives for social media and digital platforms.
✔ Utilize Content Management System (CMS) tools for promotions.

???? Online Reputation Management (ORM)
✔ Design and implement ORM strategies for sentiment management (positive, negative, and neutral).
✔ Monitor brand reputation and engage in proactive response management.

???? Performance Analytics & Reporting
✔ Use marketing analytics tools to track website & social media data.
✔ Monitor key digital metrics:

  • Website traffic (visits, bounce rate, session duration)
  • Campaign performance (CTR, conversion rates)
  • Social media engagement (likes, shares, comments)
    ✔ Optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Skills

Fresh graduates/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related fields.
✅ Strong knowledge of marketing techniques and databases.
✅ Hands-on experience with CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
✅ Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics.
✅ Ability to meet high-performance goals and deadlines.
✅ A forward-thinking mindset, actively seeking opportunities and solutions.


Work Timings & Location

???? Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
???? Work Mode: Remote (Quarterly Huddles)
???? Preferred Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (Remote candidates welcome)
