Position: Digital Marketing Intern/Freelancer
Company: D2C Baby Care Products Startup
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Job Type: Part-time, Internship, Contractual/Temporary, Freelance, Volunteer
Salary: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 per month
Expected Hours: 20-25 hours per week
Contract Length: 3 months
Compensation: ₹15,000 per month for interns/freelancers, with the potential for a full-time position based on performance, including ESOPs.

Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking.

Monitor website performance and analyze data to optimize for search engines.

Paid Advertising:

Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive traffic and sales for baby care products.

Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.

Community Engagement:

Build communities on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook to drive traffic and sales.

Increase brand visibility and engagement through social media posting in relevant groups (blogs, parenting forums, etc.).

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.

Proven experience in SEO, paid advertising, and online community building.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-starter with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
