As a Manager on the Value Digital Marketing Team, you will lead Campaign Performance & Planning across all Digital Marketing Value brands. Your focus will be on media investment, spend optimization, analytics, and reporting to maximize campaign effectiveness across digital channels.
Lead campaign performance strategy across all Digital Marketing Value brands, ensuring spend optimization across digital channels, programs, and tactics.
Analyze and report on digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and display advertising.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track key metrics such as conversion rates, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and overall marketing ROI.
Manage web tagging strategies using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Tealium, and other tag management systems.
Optimize digital campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tealium, etc.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and areas for improvement.
Assist with A/B and multivariate testing to enhance campaign performance.
Ensure accurate tracking of marketing efforts through UTM parameters, pixels, and other tracking tools.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify new audience segments and develop unique digital programs.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools in digital marketing and performance measurement.
✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
✔ 6+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing analytics, campaign planning, and financial analysis
✔ Experience with research, analytical skills, and critical thinking
✔ Proficiency in SQL and working with large data sets
Expertise in analytics tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Tealium
Proficiency in data visualization tools: Looker, Tableau, Power BI
Strong understanding of web tagging, UTM parameters, and pixel implementation
Experience with data mining & visualization
Familiarity with Data Warehousing solutions: BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.
Ability to create compelling narratives to influence decision-makers
Experience with digital marketing forecasting models
Strong presentation skills for executive leadership teams
High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
