We are seeking a highly driven and technically adept Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and growth initiatives for GreatFrontend, a platform designed for engineers. This role blends marketing expertise, technical understanding, and creativity to create campaigns that resonate with our target audience: software engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, SEO, and content strategy, combined with foundational knowledge of software engineering principles.
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to improve ROI and drive growth.
Leverage data analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
SEO & Content Strategy
Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility.
Collaborate with technical teams to create engaging content like blogs, tutorials, whitepapers, and case studies.
Optimize website structure, landing pages, and technical SEO to maximize search rankings.
Product Alignment
Craft marketing campaigns tailored to GreatFrontend’s features and unique value proposition.
Develop technically accurate and engaging marketing collateral for engineers.
Growth & Strategy
Identify new marketing channels to reach untapped audiences.
Build partnerships within the software development and engineering communities.
Establish KPIs and track progress toward marketing objectives.
Collaboration
Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a technical or SaaS environment.
Proven expertise in managing performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Experience in SEO strategy, keyword research, and content optimization.
Strong understanding of software engineering concepts or direct experience in technical roles.
Skills
Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, especially for technical audiences.
Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into clear, impactful marketing content.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with or marketing to software engineers or developers.
Familiarity with frontend technologies or developer tools.
Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint).
