Job Description:

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-moving PC&C function, shaping structures, teams, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

???? Manage complex and sensitive queries, complaints, and incidents, applying employment law and company policies.
???? Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees.
???? Participate in live channel interactions to support HR processes.
???? Coach People Care Advisors to enhance employee experience and professional development.
???? Collaborate with business partners and internal teams to resolve HR-related issues.
???? Analyze employee insights and trends to improve knowledge base and training.
???? Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR processes.
???? Represent the Employee Advisory team in internal PC&C discussions.
???? Maintain internal knowledge base integrity and create HR knowledge resources.


Requirements:

Education: University degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience:

  • 1+ year of coaching experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a shared services environment (preferred).
  • Prior experience in HR generalist roles or HR-related fields.
    Technical Skills:
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Digital fluency with expertise in Office programs & analytical tools.
  • Ability to navigate a tiered support model and engage subject matter experts.
  • Strong numerical and analytical thinking to drive business decisions.
    Behavioral Competencies:
  • Solution-focused with strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Naturally curious about evolving talent and workforce needs.
  • Data-driven with the ability to support recommendations with logic.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to lead projects and change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
