Role Overview
As a Full Stack Software Developer, you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using modern technologies and agile practices. You will contribute to both frontend and backend development, drive DevOps initiatives, and ensure adherence to security and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Software Development:

Design and develop high-quality, scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern front-end frameworks.

Participate in analysis and design discussions to deliver optimal solutions aligned with business requirements.

Follow enterprise development guidelines and best practices.

DevOps & Automation:
-
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, test automation, alerting, and monitoring strategies.

Support deployment activities and post-implementation production support.

Collaboration & Mentorship:

Work closely with technical leads, product owners, and cross-functional teams.

Mentor and guide junior developers on software development best practices.

Quality & Security:

Ensure robust application security and resolve vulnerabilities.

Write automated tests and follow TDD/BDD principles.

Technical Improvements:

Identify technical debt and recommend prioritization based on business impact.

Minimum Qualifications
-
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.

3+ years of full stack development experience with exposure to all application tiers.

Proven experience with agile software development methodologies.

Hands-on experience with production support and debugging.

Technical Skills:

Backend: Java 11+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices

Frontend: ReactJS (preferred)

Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, or other RDBMS

Messaging: Kafka, MQ (preferred)

DevOps: CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, alerting

Testing: Automated test frameworks, BDD/TDD principles

Security: Awareness of application security best practices
