Role Overview
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic software development team, collaborating with product teams and technical experts to identify optimal solutions for business requirements. You will develop software components, ensure high-quality delivery, and adopt best practices to meet business needs. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the development of robust software applications while supporting post-implementation production services.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product & Technical Teams:

Work closely with product teams and technical experts to identify the most effective solutions for business requirements.

Software Development & Quality Assurance:

Contribute to the analysis, design, and development of software components with a focus on high quality.

Adopt enterprise guidelines and best practices for software development.

Identify technical debts in the platform and collaborate with leads and product owners to prioritize and resolve them.

Production Support & CI/CD:
-
Provide post-implementation production support for applications and services.
-
Contribute to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) initiatives like test automation, alerting, and monitoring strategy.

Leadership & Mentorship:

Guide junior team members through the software development process.

Cultivate excellent communication and collaboration skills while supporting a culture of learning and experimentation with new technologies and tools.

Minimum Qualifications
-
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or proven industry experience. -
Experience:
-
Minimum of 3+ years in full-stack software development with experience across all tiers of the application.
-
Experience in supporting production issues post-implementation.
-
Experience with agile methodologies for software development.
-

Technical Skills:
-
Proficiency in Java 11 or higher with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.

Experience with RDBMS such as Postgres or Oracle.
-
Familiarity with Kafka/MQ or similar technologies.
-
Knowledge of ReactJS is a plus.
-
Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and alerting & monitoring.

Solid understanding of application security principles and remediating vulnerabilities.

Understanding of multi-tier application architectures.
-
Proven experience in creating automated tests using test frameworks.

Familiarity with SDLC principles and BDD/TDD practices.
