Role Overview

As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will lead strategies that drive system reliability, observability, and operational excellence for GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) technology solutions. You will work cross-functionally to build robust, scalable, and high-performing systems while fostering a culture of resilience and automation.


Key Responsibilities

  • SRE Strategy & Leadership:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive SRE strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead and mentor a team of SREs to enhance the reliability and performance of GRC platforms.

  • Observability & Monitoring:
    Establish observability frameworks to provide real-time system insights. Implement monitoring tools, dashboards, and alerting mechanisms for proactive issue detection.

  • Production Support Optimization:
    Oversee end-to-end production support, including incident management, root cause analysis, and ensuring SLA compliance. Drive initiatives to reduce MTTR and improve service reliability.

  • Customer Journey Improvement:
    Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver seamless and reliable user experiences across GRC systems.

  • Reliability Engineering Best Practices:
    Promote best practices like error budgeting, chaos engineering, and disaster recovery planning to increase system resilience.

  • Automation & Efficiency:
    Automate operational workflows, deployment pipelines, and incident response processes to reduce manual interventions and enhance overall system uptime.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: 4–8 years in SRE, DevOps, or similar roles

  • Programming: Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript

  • Monitoring Tools: Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, or Prometheus

  • Cloud Platforms: Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Containerization: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture

  • ITSM Tools: Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems; ITIL experience is a plus

  • DevOps/SRE Practices: Proven track record in culture change, automation, and DevOps transformation

  • Observability: In-depth experience with monitoring, logging, tracing, and performance analysis
