Job Summary
Emerson is looking for a Proposal Engineer to join our Measurement Business team, focusing on pressure, temperature, level, and DP flow solutions. This role provides a great opportunity to grow within the Proposals function, working closely with stakeholders to develop high-quality technical proposals.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Technical Review: Analyze customer enquiries and highlight key points
✔ Proposal Development: Create timely and error-free proposals
✔ Customer Collaboration: Assist in resolving technical queries
✔ Stakeholder Communication: Align with teams on offering strategies
✔ Specification Analysis: Identify clarifications, deviations, and assumptions
✔ Use of Tools: Leverage Oracle GQF, CRM, Product Advisor, and MyEmerson
✔ Order Processing: Resolve unclean issues in purchase orders
✔ Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new technologies and products

Requirements

✔ Degree in Instrumentation Engineering
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Proposals function

✔ Strong knowledge of Pressure, Temperature, Level measurement technologies
✔ Proficiency in proposal tools (Oracle GQF, CRM, etc.)
✔ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
