????‍???? Role Overview – ETI Helpdesk Technician:

As an ETI Helpdesk Technician, you will support technical operations by troubleshooting and resolving system issues, responding to helpdesk queries, and maintaining optimal IT support across platforms.


????️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a 24x7x365 rotating on-call schedule

  • Answer and resolve inbound support calls via Help Desk

  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues

  • Escalate complex issues to Senior Technicians as needed

  • Perform remote diagnostics and resolve user issues

  • Install/configure hardware and perform system maintenance

  • Update and manage incident tickets within SLA

  • Support audio/video conference equipment

  • Ensure ticket documentation is accurate and complete

  • Travel to local offices as required


???? Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in a Computer Technician or IT Helpdesk role

???? Preferred Skills:

  • Master’s degree in IT or equivalent

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft OS, Office, and networking fundamentals

  • Understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi

  • Experience with Ivanti or similar ticketing tools

  • Prioritization and multitasking abilities

  • Commitment to customer service excellence
