Job Overview:
We are looking for a Telecaller (Lead Generation) to join our team. This is a remote, work-from-home position. You will be responsible for researching potential client data, making outbound calls, and introducing our products/services. Your role will also involve following up with leads, maintaining accurate records, and achieving lead generation or conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Research & Data Collection: Research and collect potential client data from online sources such as Google, directories, social media, etc.

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential leads and introduce our products and services.

Clear Communication: Explain our offerings clearly and convincingly to prospects.

Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with interested clients and keep a proper call log.

Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly lead generation or conversion targets.

Data Maintenance: Update CRM or spreadsheets with lead details.

Team Coordination: Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing team as needed.
Requirements:

Essential: Must have a laptop or desktop PC with a stable internet connection.

Skills: Proficient in using the internet for research and data collection.

Communication: Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Experience: Previous experience in telecalling or lead generation is a plus.
