Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to assist customers with software installation, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
???? Install & configure software at customer locations for seamless setup.
???? Provide on-site & remote technical support to resolve customer inquiries.
???? Assist users in understanding and utilizing Tally software features effectively.
???? Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with timely resolutions.
???? Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues & solutions.
???? Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring customer concerns.
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Education: Graduation (Required)
✅ Age: 20-25 years
✅ Skills: Tally knowledge & completion of a Tally Course preferred
