The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets through field sales, lead generation, client visits, and follow-ups. The role involves data mining, sales quotation preparation, order processing, coordination with internal departments, and customer relationship management.
✔ Achieve assigned on-field sales revenue targets.
✔ Generate leads through personal visits, Google search, and telecalling.
✔ Develop a dealer network PAN India.
✔ Convert inquiries from IndiaMart and other online marketplaces into sales.
✔ Prepare price quotations and follow up with prospects for closure.
✔ Manage customer data in the Company ERP system.
✔ Coordinate with the production team for order prioritization and processing.
✔ Follow up with clients for timely payment collection.
✔ Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payment clearance.
✔ Ensure proper invoice generation and dispatch coordination.
✔ Track order dispatch status and update clients accordingly.
✔ Maintain lead MIS, sales pipeline, and performance reports.
✔ Address customer queries and complaints in coordination with the Service Department.
✔ Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
✔ Strong understanding of industrial products and market competition.
✔ Experience in field sales, lead generation, and closing deals.
✔ Go-getter mindset for target achievement.
✔ Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
✔ Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
✔ Ability to work proactively and independently.
