Job Summary
The Field Sales Representative will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while also identifying and converting potential leads into long-term clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, is target-driven, and has a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities

Visit existing customers to discuss orders, resolve issues, and explore service improvements.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Identify and engage with potential customers to introduce company offerings and generate new sales.

Promote products effectively and educate customers on our range.

Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.

Requirements

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the grocery or wholesale industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred but not mandatory).
