Job Description
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional technical assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues promptly.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams following standard protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1-2 years in a technical support or customer-focused role.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST API, and JSON.

Experience with help desk software (e.g., Zendesk or other case management platforms).
