Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications. You should have a solid background in PHP, WordPress, and front-end development, combined with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Primary Responsibilities:

Web Application Development: Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications with a focus on front-end performance and user experience.

UI/UX Design Translation: Accurately translate UI/UX mockups and wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces, ensuring visual consistency across devices and browsers.

PHP & WordPress Development: Build and optimize web pages, themes, and plugins using PHP and WordPress.

Collaboration with Designers: Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert wireframes into responsive, interactive web interfaces.

Cross-Browser and Mobile Compatibility: Ensure applications are compatible across browsers, accessible, and mobile-responsive.

Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve issues to enhance application functionality and performance.

Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with front-end development trends, new technologies, and best practices.

Collaboration with Backend Developers: Integrate APIs and optimize web application performance in close collaboration with backend developers.
Job Requirements:
Education and Certifications:

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Plus: Frontend Development Bootcamp or Specialized Training Program is a plus.

Certifications: PHP, WordPress, JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular), or other front-end technologies are a plus.
Experience and Qualifications:

Experience: 2-3 years of front-end web development experience.

Proven experience with PHP, WordPress, and front-end technologies.

Experience developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress themes and plugins.
-
Expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing web performance, accessibility, and security.

Knowledge of SEO best practices related to front-end development.

Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

Understanding of backend development concepts for better API integration.
Skills:

Strong proficiency in PHP, WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) is a plus.

Expertise in responsive and mobile-first web development.

Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and debugging.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.

A continuous learning mindset to stay updated with new front-end technologies.
Schedule Requirements:

Ability to work night shifts (Eastern Time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, including holidays).
